Deck Settle (“the app”) is a scorebook for friend-group Poker, Rummy, and Spades. This policy explains what the app stores and when anything leaves the device. Contact: support@sysnacorpsolutions.com.
The app does not create a user account, does not use Sign in with Apple or Google, and does not show ads or sell data.
Games, scores, buy-ins, notes, host name, player names, optional phone numbers, and share-code settings are stored in local app storage on that device. Uninstalling the app, or clearing app data, deletes that copy.
If you allow Contacts, the app reads names and phone numbers on this device so you can add a player without retyping them. The address book is not uploaded to any server. Phone numbers copied from a contact stay on this phone. You can deny Contacts and type names yourself.
If you generate or redeem a share code, the app sends the score snapshot you chose to a hosted database (Supabase) so another phone can pull it with that code. That snapshot includes player display names and scores. It does not include your Contacts or player phone numbers. Anyone who has the code can read that payload. Treat codes like a link to your scores.
If you send in-app feedback, the message, an optional reach-back you type, and basic app/version details go to the developer inbox and, when configured, the same hosted project.
The app also checks the public App Store / Play listing so it can ask you to update. That check does not include your scores.
We do not collect precise location, photos, payment cards, advertising identifiers, or analytics about how you tap through the app. Dollar amounts you type are scores, not payment credentials.
Local data stays until you delete it in the app or remove the app. Shared codes can be overwritten by saving again with the same code. To request deletion of a shared payload or a feedback message, email support@sysnacorpsolutions.com and include the code or an approximate time you sent it.
The app is a general-audience scorebook. It is not directed at children under 13. Do not add contact details for children.
If this policy changes, the new date will appear at the top of this page.
