By using Deck Settle you agree to these terms. The app is a scorebook for casual games among people you already know. It is not a gambling service, payment processor, or bank.
You type scores, buy-ins, and names. You are responsible for the accuracy of that record and for any cash that actually changes hands outside the app. The developer is not a party to those games and does not hold funds.
Do not use the app to run an illegal betting operation, to collect data on people who have not agreed to be listed, or to share codes publicly when they contain other people’s names or scores.
The app is provided as is. Local storage can be lost if the phone is reset or the app is deleted. Optional share codes can be read by anyone who has the code.
