Legal documents for the Keepr iOS app
Effective date: October 1, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Keepr app (“Keepr,” “the App”), operated by Sysna Corp Solutions, Texas, USA (“Company,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live, to use the App. You need an account to use Keepr, created with email and password, Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@sysnacorpsolutions.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
Keepr lets you share links, posts, screenshots, and text from other apps and turns them into organized notes — for example recipes, workouts, stock ideas, courses, contacts, travel plans, and shows to watch. To do this, the App and our servers read the content you share, retrieve publicly available information about a shared link, and use artificial intelligence to produce titles, summaries, and structured notes, as described in the Privacy Policy.
You keep ownership of the content you save to Keepr, including links, screenshots, text, and notes (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, and display Your Content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the App and to provide it to you, including sending it to the service providers described in the Privacy Policy. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies kept in routine backups for a limited time or as required by law.
You are responsible for Your Content and confirm that you have the right to save and process it, and that your saving, importing, and sharing of it complies with applicable law and with the terms of the platform or website it came from. Keepr is intended for saving content for your own personal reference.
Content you save often comes from other people and from platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and WhatsApp. That content belongs to its owners and remains subject to their rights and to those platforms’ terms. Keepr is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those platforms. We can only retrieve content that is publicly available. If a platform or website restricts access or changes its service, retrieving content from it may become less reliable or stop working, and the App may only be able to use what you share directly (such as a screenshot or text). Links to third-party websites or services are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for them.
Other people’s information. Posts can include other people’s names, usernames, comments, or photos. Please don’t save personal information about other people unless you have the right to do so, and use what you save only for your own reference.
Copyright complaints. We respect the rights of content owners. If you believe content saved or displayed through Keepr infringes your copyright or other rights, email support@sysnacorpsolutions.com with: your contact details; a description of the work and your rights in it; enough information to identify the content (such as the original post’s link); and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized and that your notice is accurate. We will review valid notices promptly and remove or disable access to the content where appropriate, and we may suspend accounts that repeatedly infringe others’ rights.
Notes, summaries, categories, and other output produced by the App are generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. Always check important details against the original source. Keepr does not provide financial, investment, medical, fitness, nutritional, legal, or other professional advice. Stock and financial content is for your personal reference only and is not a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Consult a qualified professional before acting on information you save.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The App, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by the Company and its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, consistent with these Terms and Apple’s Usage Rules. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete account. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the App; where reasonable, we will give notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4, 6, 8, 11, 12, and 14) will survive.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content can be retrieved or extracted accurately.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim or US $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from claims arising out of Your Content or your violation of these Terms or of anyone else’s rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring it where you live. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country.
These Terms are between you and the Company, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the App. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo and are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited parties.
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will notify you in the App or by email before they take effect and update the effective date above. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
